These are really pretty lamps. The crystal ball is a nice accent against the black finish. The lamps are small, so more suitable for a bedroom than a living room. Please also note that they are single function, not three-way lighting. They came packaged in amazingly compact form but were very easy to assemble and look absolutely great in minutes!
The lams give off good light...we were surprised how much more light there was compared to our old lamps.
These lamps are very cute and look really good in my living room. I am overall pleased but do feel they were overpriced for the type of lamps they are. The two table lamps are very lightweight & not very sturdy at all, they almost tip over if you bump them.
When I ordered these originally there were no reviews but I took a chance anyway. Unfortunately, I didn't see the material they were made from. I recently ordered a set of sturdy, metal lamps from Amazon and thought these would be a similar make of lamp based on the design and cost for them but they were not the same at all.
For this particular set of 3 lamps, I have seen similar lamp sets at Walmart of this type of material for $50 but I paid $100 for these. :(
Again the quality of the lamps themselves, for the materials that they are, are well made and again look really great. I just wish I had read more clearly on the plastic type bases, it was not my intention and definitely would not have paid this price for them.
