Great lighting!

The system was super easy to install. The sensors are sensitive enough to place anywhere underneath the bed. Perfect for getting up in the middle of the night without disturbing your partner

Great if you have to go to the bathroom a lot at night

I am diabetic and I am up and down all night going to the bathroom and this work great not to have to fumble for a lamp. Attached easily to the bottom of my bed and just the motion of my feet hit the floor turns it on and it stays on long enough to make it back to the bed

I have a king size bed and it fits perfectly. Easy to install and set up. I installed motion sensors to bed frame feet and they work great. The brightness of the light can be adjusted and you can choose the duration of the light. So far so good!

Sensor failed, but Customer Service was very good

After an initial negative review due to a failed sensor, I was contacted by customer service to fix the issue. Lily went out of her way to ensure I got the part I needed to make the lighting system work as intended (and definitely deserves 5-stars for customer service). While I can't give this product a 5-star review since it was a lengthy process to make it right, I will say that had it worked correctly initially I certainly would have. In general, it's a very well thought out design that includes the ability to change the light brightness with a rheostat and a 3-position switch to adjust the duration the light remains on. The package also includes extras like a small double-sided tape for attaching the sensor and some self-adhesive cable management clips. Hopefully my issue was a very uncommon one and won't occur with other users.

I never write negative reviews, but this is a product that failed so miserably that I felt the need to let other shoppers know.
I mounted this strip under my bed and laid the sensor on the floor to test it out. And it worked flawlessly for the first night. Once I mounted it using the included adhesive pads for the following night, it wouldn’t stay off. It would turn on for 30 (after no motion detected), shut off for 2 seconds, and then back on for 30. Ad infinitum until I just unplugged it.
So much potential....but instead headed for the waste bin.

Good upfront. Fair warning after use.

So I don't know if this is a fluke or a sign of the product as a whole: I purchased this strip lighting set in mid October. The plan was to attach it underneath/on the side of a couple of bed frames because I am a little tired of having to flip the light switch just to go to bed and am sensitive to bright light anyway because I wear glasses and/or contacts.

Point is: This product was great for4 months. Motion was fine, has settings to dim after a certain amount, not too bright, just bright enough to move around for a bit and get a few bed time things done. Find a book, figure out where my glasses are, put some clothes on or off if needed etc. Great! Turns off on its own, sometimes the pets set it off. No big deal. As advertised.

My problem is that it stopped working last week. So I think maybe the outlet connection is loose or one of the cords got jarred loose. Nope. Something shorted at the power connection to the motion sensor itself, with clear burn marks and scarring.
