About Orders

1.I Purchased the wrong product (size, color.) Can I change my order?

We advise our customer change their orders within an hour after the purchasing by sending email or calling. Since we release order quickly, if there are something wrong in your order, please contact us for help and revision quickly: support@gzbtech.com.

 

2.Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before your item shipped out. We advise you send your requirement within an hour after your order placed. If there is any cancel requirement, please contact our support team as soon as you can. Then we will process for you at once.

 

3.How do I change my delivery or shipping address?

Please send mail or call our customer support team to check your order status. The new address can be added before shipping by communicating with us. We may help cancel your order at first and then you can place another order with the correct address.

 

4.How can I get the bulk buying price, is there any discount for bulk buyer?

Yes, we do offer a better price for bulk high-volume customers. Please send an email to our bulk team for help and our sales representative will correspond with you.

 

5.How can I track my order status?

We will send you an email to notify the carrier information and your tracking number, once your item is shipped out, you can track it with the information sent in our email. And we also track the shipping status for you, once it is delivered, we will email you to ensure you have received the package already.

1.Which payment method do you accept

Both bank card and PayPal we are accepted, choose PayPal Express Check Out when you need to use your credit card.

 

2.How many days can I get my refund?

Once your refund requirement has been accepted by our customer support, GZBtech team actions within one business day for refund process, then you will receive refund in credit card, PayPal or the account you paid.

 

About Shipping

1.Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

It depends on the shipping company. Some shipping company needs the official shipping address so that they refuse to ship to a P.O. Box such as DHL. If you must need a P.O. Box shipping please confirm with the customer support team in advance.

 

2.Does GZBtech offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping for all items on our products, if need quicker shipping method, just choose your preferred expedited shipping method when place the order.

1.Have your light certified?

Most of our lights have been certified and types of certification including: ETL, UL, RoHS and CE. We marked it clearly on the product feature listing on each product detail page, please read on before purchasing.

 

2.Is it difficult of the light installation?

Each of item has a detailed user manual in the package you received, please read it carefully and follow the steps before installation, then you will find it is quick and easy for installation.
